Association Portal Guide¶
This guide is for association users managing onboarding, compliance, complaints, and enforcement workflows.
1) Association dashboard at a glance¶

Key areas:
- Operations navigation: Companies, Registrations, Complaints, Disciplinary, Reports.
- Association overview header: session context and quick orientation.
- KPI cards for operations: high-level counts and activity.
- Quick actions for daily work: jump directly into core workflows.
- Pending approvals panel: items waiting for review.
2) Required document policy (drives onboarding)¶
When creating required document types, set:
- Mandatory or Optional
- Expiring or Non-expiring
- Warning window (days before expiry)
These rules directly control company onboarding and compliance behavior.
3) Registration and compliance review¶
- Open Registrations.
- Review company profile and submitted documents.
- Check mandatory document completeness.
- Approve or reject with clear reason.
- Confirm company receives notification.
4) Complaints and dispute handling¶
Customer complaint workflow:
- Complaint is filed against a company.
- Association reviews evidence.
- Company may submit a dispute response.
- Association investigates and decides:
- revoke complaint, or
- approve complaint as valid.
- If valid and severe, create disciplinary action.
5) Disciplinary actions¶
When creating action:
- Select target company.
- Choose the correct action type.
- Set severity, reason, and details.
- Submit action.
- Verify notifications are sent (email + in-app).
6) Membership fees and invoices¶
Fee campaign flow:
- Create membership fee (name, type, amount, dates, target companies).
- System generates invoices to selected companies.
- Companies receive notification and invoice.
- Monitor payment progress from association views.
7) Messages, FAQs, and notifications¶
- Messages: keep communication clear with subject-driven conversations.
- Support: track raised tickets and interaction history.
- FAQs: publish customer/company-facing answers from Support section.
- Notifications: keep critical alerts enabled for registration, compliance, complaints, and payments.
